Your Thermostat may appear to take on a life of its own sometimes. You look at the thermostat and see the programmed value rise to 30°C by itself or you set the temperature in the portal but that also jumps to 30°C by itself.
It is the same problem in both cases: the touch buttons have not been initialised properly.
The simplest way to re-initialise the buttons is to disconnect the ThermoSmart from the power. You do that by clicking it off the wall plate and then putting it back. You can also remove the plug from the boiler interface. As soon as the ThermoSmart has power, remove your hand from the device and wait until the buttons are no longer lit.
In both cases, the ThermoSmart will reconnect itself to the network; you will not lose any settings.
