Sometimes you can lose the Wi-Fi connection due to a disrupted signal. You will then see a white flashing LED on the ThermoSmart and a sad owl will appear with the text “The Wi-Fi connection is broken” on the portal/app.

 

The quickest way to reset the connection is by disconnecting your ThermoSmart from the power. You do that by clicking the ThermoSmart from the wall and then putting it back.

As soon as the ThermoSmart has power, let go of the device until the buttons are no longer lit.


The WI-FI connection will now restore itself.
